Since purchasing the black and red heart sweater, I've been adding new fall fashion trends to my basket, including a quilted bomber jacket, chunky gold hoop earrings, a denim oversized blazer, and a knockoff for Tiffany's chain necklace. My wallet is paying for it literally. But my clothing was in desperate need of a revamp. So, today, I'd like to showcase my favorite new fall styles for 2024.
7 Best Fall Fashion Trends 2024 A Comprehensive Guide
After searching Pinterest for OOTD ideas, I only saw the essentials. White tee with pants and sneakers. Over and over, again. The only variation was whether the jeans were ripped or cropped. Much to my dismay, my closet looked the same. Where did everyone's personal style go? I needed to come up with new fashion concepts to incorporate into my fall wardrobe. Let's start with the newest fashion for the season: the bomber jacket.
Did you know that many of the roundups from prominent internet magazines include products supplied by public relations firms? Yes, the brand pays to have their product included. On HOH, you will not discover this deceitful tactic. I often utilize affiliate links and may earn a little percentage on your purchase, but I do not take sponsored brand submissions for round-ups like this.

1. Olive Green Bomber Jacket.
While shopping for the new season, I found this olive green bomber jacket, a collaboration by AGOLDE x Shoreditch Ski Club. It's one of my new favorites! This fall jacket is on the pricey side, but I adore the internal straps that allow you to wear it as a backpack if it gets too warm. The quilted bomber jacket is currently a popular fashion trend, with numerous inexpensive variations available in retailers.
Topshop's colorblock jacket, sold on Nordstrom, is the closest imitation for the AGOLDE x Shoreditch Ski Club jacket. Macy's offers a stylish quilted bomber jacket for $50. Consider purchasing an army green quilted jacket from Amazon for $10 cheaper or a Levi's jacket for about $100. This jacket's traditional style will make it simple to adapt your wardrobe with the current new trends.
2. Gold Tube Hoop Earrings.
Selena Gomez recently wore a pair of huge gold tube hoops, which immediately drew my attention. The timeless classics have returned, although these hoop earrings are a little heavier than the old-school ultra-thin hoops. Even if the rest of your ensemble is out of date, on-trend accessories can bring it all together. This fall trend is available everywhere, from high-end jewelry stores to Amazon, making it simple to alter your fall clothing.
3. Long jeans skirts.
Maxi skirts are a popular fall style, as evidenced by my post on long denim skirts for women. I ordered Favorite Daughter's Sadie High Rise Maxi Skirt, and it is adorable! The front slit is fantastic since it can be worn with sandals on warm days and tall boots on cooler fall days. If your size is not available at the website above, you can shop for this skirt at Saks Firth Avenue.
This cheap long denim skirt with cargo pockets is a must-have fall fashion item. Oh, cargos are having a moment. I recently purchased these cargo pants, which have quickly become a favorite.
4. Gold paperclip chain necklace
Leave it to Tiffany to make us all yearn after the gold paperclip necklace, but spending $10,000 on the original or $17,000 on the graduated necklace isn't for everyone. Thank God for a good dupe. Are I correct? While going around the mall, I saw this one from Kendra Scott, and this more cheap two-strand necklace at EVEREVE. I've also included a few more that I discovered online and linked them below.
5. The Denim Blazer.
Cat, the co-owner of FELT Chicago, styled me in several pieces during my visit. She chose a denim blazer by 3×1, and when I saw it in the changing room, I was like, oh hell no. But I channeled my best Chevy Chase ala Community and tried it on anyway. Wow, was I wrong! That denim blazer was on FIRE! When I walked out of the store, everyone's head turned to look at me. It features an enormous silhouette with shoulder pads but is not sloppy. This denim blazer is available online at Sak's and Shopbop.

6. Go Edgy with Leather Pieces
This season's runways included a lot of leather, real or faux, and I'm all for it. This sustainable faux leather skirt, combined with hefty Chelsea boots, exudes Y2k vibes and goes beyond the standard leather jacket and pants.
7. Mary Janes (one of the nicest trends, in my opinion).
Shoe trends are usually my favorite, and the Mary Jane shoe is trendy for fall! I'll always be a Mary Jane fan, so I'm all for a fad when it's a timeless classic. Not to add that they are one of the most adaptable shoes because they are available in all heel sizes.
These silver chunky heel Mary Jane shoes remind me of Miu Miu shoes, which I almost wore to my high school reunion. These shoes are great for the metallic trend, but if you want a timeless appearance, Madewell's classic black shoes are also worth considering. Wear them both with wide-leg jeans (a denim trend that is here to stay).
